Location Details
The Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach offers a unique luxury experience with its prime location and personalized service. It features five dining options, including Sea Fu and Mercury Lounge, along with 237 luxury accommodations, blending Arabic design with modern style. Located in Dubai, UAE, which enjoys a subtropical arid climate.
Role Overview
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival at the restaurant.
- Promptly escort guests to tables prepared for their party size and preferences.
- Manage the host/hostess stand, handle phone inquiries per Four Seasons standards, recommend room setups, maintain seating charts, and monitor restaurant cover counts.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel environment.
- Exhibit exceptional grooming and a cheerful, outgoing demeanor.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and prior experience supervising a host/hostess team.
- Familiarity with MICROS, OpenTable, or similar reservation systems preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and additional languages advantageous.
