About the Role

Join a prestigious luxury fine dining restaurant in Dubai as a Receptionist / Hostess, where you will serve as the initial point of contact for guests, delivering a professional and welcoming experience from reservation to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet incoming guests with professionalism.
• Manage telephone, WhatsApp inquiries, and reservation bookings efficiently.
• Accurately update and oversee reservation details.
• Verify guest information including special requests, VIP acknowledgments, celebrations, and dietary preferences.
• Provide guests with precise details about menu options, restaurant policies, seating arrangements, and operating hours.
• Escort guests to their assigned tables to ensure seamless transition to service staff.
• Collaborate with the service team to maintain smooth guest movement throughout the restaurant.
• Handle walk-in guests and manage waiting lists tactfully.
• Follow up on outstanding inquiries, missed calls, and upcoming reservations.
• Address guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and sophisticated reception area.
• Adhere strictly to grooming and personal appearance standards befitting a luxury hospitality environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience as a Receptionist or Hostess within a restaurant or upscale hospitality setting is essential.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is considered a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and ability to multitask effectively.
• Competent with computer systems and restaurant reservation platforms.
• Capable of maintaining composure and professionalism during peak service periods.
• Exceptional customer service skills and keen attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

• The total remuneration package starts at AED 4000 monthly.
