Hostess – Russian Speaker

About the Role

We are seeking a courteous and professional Hostess proficient in Russian to join a prestigious 5-star hotel located in Dubai. This role involves greeting guests warmly, handling reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience for visitors.

Primary Duties

• Greet and welcome guests cordially, assisting with seating arrangements.
• Manage bookings and maintain the waiting list efficiently.
• Address guest inquiries and provide detailed information about the hotel amenities.
• Collaborate closely with the service team to facilitate excellent guest service.
• Uphold a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Russian with the ability to communicate in English.
• Prior experience as a hostess or within the hospitality sector is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and adaptability to shift work schedules.

Compensation and Benefits
