About the Role

Apt Resources is seeking a warm and professional Hostess to join a lively restaurant team in Dubai. The Hostess will be the initial point of contact for guests, ensuring they receive a welcoming introduction and overseeing the reservation and seating arrangements to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon their arrival and present a professional image
• Organize and manage reservations while maintaining an efficient seating plan
• Guide guests to their tables and provide menus promptly
• Respond to guest questions regarding the menu and restaurant services
• Collaborate closely with wait staff to facilitate seamless guest service
• Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Keep the reception and waiting area clean and orderly
• Support wait staff and colleagues as necessary to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferred prior experience as a Hostess in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and polite demeanor
• Effective organizational skills
• Capacity to maintain composure and professionalism during challenging situations
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Minimum of high school education; hospitality training is a plus
