About the Role
As a Hostess at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional and consistent customer service. Your duties include welcoming guests to the hotel’s restaurants, managing the outlet’s inventory, and providing support to the service staff when required.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in hotel operations is required.
- Prior experience working specifically as a Hostess is advantageous.
- Strong skills in customer service, communication, and interpersonal relations are essential.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Additional language skills in German, Russian, or Mandarin will be considered a strong asset.
