About the Location
Situated at Jumeirah Beach, Four Seasons Resort Dubai offers a unique luxury experience with five dining outlets including Sea Fu and Mercury Lounge. The property features 237 luxury rooms, including 49 suites, designed with subtle Arabic touches and contemporary styles against calming blues and greens. Dubai, UAE’s second largest emirate, has a subtropical, arid climate along the Arabian Gulf.
Role Overview
As a Host/ess, you will warmly greet guests and assist in delivering outstanding dining experiences in teamwork with servers. Responsibilities include managing the host stand, overseeing reservation books, advising table section arrangements, and ensuring impeccable cleanliness and setup of dining areas. A thorough understanding of menus and restaurant operations is essential.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of prior experience in a Food & Beverage outlet; luxury hotel experience is advantageous
- Proficiency with computer systems utilized in food and beverage settings
- Effective communication skills
