Role Overview

The position of Hostel Warden (Female) is based in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh, and involves overseeing the well-being and discipline of students residing in the hostel. This role requires a minimum qualification of Plus Two, with preference given to graduates.

Key Duties

• Maintain student health, hygiene, safety, and overall welfare within the hostel premises.
• Implement and uphold hostel regulations ensuring discipline among residents.
• Address and resolve student issues, offer guidance, and foster an environment free from ragging.
• Supervise mess facilities and handle emergencies, including those occurring outside regular hours.
• Manage hostel admissions, carry out administrative duties, and prepare regular progress and incident reports.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated strong leadership abilities and capability to manage student interactions effectively.
• Fluency in English and Telugu is required; Hindi language skills are considered advantageous.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong coordination skills.
• Willingness to reside on campus is mandatory.
