About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to fill the role of Host at Mezzanine Bar & Kitchen, located in Dubai. This position requires a welcoming presence and efficient handling of guest seating and reservations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat arriving guests in a courteous and organized manner.
- Manage reservations and maintain the seating chart effectively.
- Take proactive steps to boost bookings and optimize seating capacity.
- Oversee guest experience after their visit to ensure satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar hosting or front-of-house role.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Familiarity with at least one reservation system such as Sevenrooms, Eat, Reserveout, or OpenTable.
