Role Overview
We are seeking friendly and energetic individuals to fill Host or Hostess positions at our St. Petersburg location. With flexible schedules covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, we aim to help you find a better quality of work-life balance. Both full-time and part-time roles are available during day and night hours. Paid vacation is offered to hourly employees once eligibility criteria are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage guest reservations and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently.
- Handle phone calls with proper etiquette and assist with front-of-house operations as needed.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized host stand during busy dining periods.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a host or hostess in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with guests.
- Friendly and professional attitude with excellent guest-relations capabilities.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and serving basics.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during peak times.

Compensation includes a tip-credit wage plus tips. The advertised pay reflects average take-home earnings but is not guaranteed.
