Role Overview
As a Host or Hostess, you will be the face of the restaurant and the initial point of contact for guests. Your role is pivotal in guiding the flow of service and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive.
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage reservations efficiently.
- Coordinate seating arrangements based on server availability to optimize guest service.
- Maintain clear and attentive communication to support seamless dining operations.
- Provide a courteous farewell and invite guests to return, ensuring a positive final impression.
