Role Overview

As a Host, you are the face of the dining experience, delivering warm welcomes and coordinating the flow of guests in the restaurant. Your role involves managing the waitlist, informing guests with a cheerful demeanor, and ensuring each table is cleaned and ready for new patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests as they enter and create an inviting atmosphere
• Maintain orderliness and control of the dining room flow by managing the waitlist
• Provide guests with timely updates while maintaining a friendly, approachable manner
• Prepare tables promptly to accommodate incoming guests
• Keep calm and effective even during busy periods
• Work collaboratively within the team to provide excellent service

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
• A positive attitude and ability to stay composed under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster a welcoming environment
• Team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm and energy
