Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Host who is passionate about Food and Beverage and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, establishing a professional and inviting first impression.
• Maintain an accurate waiting list during busy periods, keeping guests informed regarding expected wait times.
• Effectively manage restaurant reservations via in-person interaction, phone, and email communication.
• Promptly respond to guest inquiries across all channels with professionalism and clear, accurate information.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, and communicate this confidently to guests.
• Allocate guest seating efficiently across restaurant sections to balance workload and facilitate smooth service for both guests and staff.
• Be willing and able to assist with other restaurant duties as needed.
