Primary Duties

• Serve as the main Food & Beverage contact for special events and managing reservations
• Act as liaison between residents and dining personnel
• Verify management schedules and check deliveries
• Handle administrative duties related to the dining department
• Provide coverage for dining room stations during staff absences

Candidate Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience as an Event Coordinator or Catering Manager within fine dining restaurants, clubs, hotels, or similar settings
• Proficiency in computer skills
