Job Summary
The Hospitality Coordinator position offers a salary range of $18 to $20 per hour, varying depending on skills and experience. This role provides a unique opportunity to engage with older adults, nurturing their happiness through quality service, while building a meaningful career in senior living—a rapidly expanding field.
Freedom Pointe at The Villages is situated in the heart of The Villages, Florida, known for its welcoming community atmosphere. Our location is convenient, accessible via Route 441 or Morse Boulevard.

Primary Duties
- Serve as the main Food & Beverage contact for special events and managing reservations
- Act as liaison between residents and dining personnel
- Verify management schedules and check deliveries
- Handle administrative duties related to the dining department
- Provide coverage for dining room stations during staff absences
Candidate Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience as an Event Coordinator or Catering Manager within fine dining restaurants, clubs, hotels, or similar settings
- Proficiency in computer skills

Minimum education
Higher Secondary (Class 12)
