Job description
Job Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a Home Loans Sales Manager based in Guwahati, Assam, you will oversee a team of Sales Executives, directing efforts to generate leads in the home loan segment through various channels. Your role encompasses achieving team targets by nurturing and maintaining effective partnerships with clients and channel partners like Builders and Direct Selling Agents (DSA). You will also organize sales initiatives, coordinate loan events alongside the Cluster Head, and ensure smooth handling of product inquiries and service concerns.
Training and Leadership
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive in-house and field training to your team, guiding them on lead processing and optimizing lead conversion until loans are disbursed. Mentorship and active management will be critical to maximize regional performance and revenue growth.
Compliance and Governance
Ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements within your jurisdiction forms a key part of your duties. You will monitor your team to guarantee alignment with these guidelines and undertake other assigned projects as necessary.
