Job description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Home Loan Executive to generate home loan leads and manage the entire loan process. This role involves liaising with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely sanction and disbursement of loans.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate home loan leads through open market channels including DSAs, connectors, and builders.
- Meet with customers, verify necessary documents, process loan files, and coordinate all steps until loan sanction and disbursement.
- Continuously monitor lead quality and ensure prompt conversion to meet assigned sales targets.
- Stay informed and compliant with legal requirements related to home loans.
- Engage with builders, DSAs, and connector associations to establish tie-ups for housing loans.
- Collaborate with the loan processing center to facilitate timely file disbursement.
- Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
- Plan and implement sales activities aligned with achieving set targets.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is between INR 16,000 and INR 25,000.
