Role Overview

Scotiabank's Non-Branch Sales Force in Jamaica is looking for results-driven and relationship-focused professionals to join its External Sales Team as Home Financing Specialists. This position suits proactive individuals skilled in consultative sales and partnership building.

Key Duties

• Build and sustain productive relationships with realtors, developers, attorneys, and other stakeholders in the real estate sector.
• Focus primarily on promoting and selling home financing solutions.
• Identify chances to cross-sell products such as personal loans and credit cards.
• Generate and manage mortgage leads through referral partnerships.
• Consistently achieve or surpass personal and team sales goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 5 CXC certifications, including Mathematics and English.
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales, financial services, or relationship management is advantageous.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently within a target-oriented setting.
• Knowledge of retail banking products, particularly loans and credit cards, is beneficial.
• Possession of dedicated and unlimited vehicle access is required.
