Overview

Iceland Foods is seeking enthusiastic Home Delivery Drivers to join their team in Letchworth, England. This role offers an opportunity to remain active, independent, and interact with customers regularly while delivering grocery orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe procedures for loading the delivery van, including handling heavy items.
• Adhere strictly to all safe driving regulations and practices.
• Conduct daily checks on the vehicle to ensure it is roadworthy.
• Ensure deliveries reach customers in excellent condition, preserving food quality.
• Deliver outstanding customer service as the face of Iceland during deliveries.
• Assist with in-store duties when needed.
• Manage your time efficiently and work independently throughout your shift.
• Be willing to work shifts that vary between early mornings (6am) and late evenings (11pm).

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full UK driving license held for a minimum of three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Have a positive, approachable attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines reliably.
• Display a strong understanding of road safety and safe driving habits.
