About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers for our team in Stapleford, England. This position offers an hourly wage of £13.71 and involves delivering groceries directly to customers, maintaining high standards of service and safety. This role requires individuals who enjoy being active, independent, and engaging with the public as representatives of the company.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe van loading techniques, including manual handling and lifting.
• Maintain safe driving standards at all times.
• Perform regular vehicle checks to ensure operational safety.
• Deliver food to customers ensuring it arrives in excellent condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company positively.
• Assist in-store duties when needed.
• Work independently while managing time and schedules efficiently.
• Be flexible to work shifts ranging between 6am and 11pm.

Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude and commitment to delivering quality customer service.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Have a strong understanding of road safety principles.
