About the Role

Join Iceland Foods as a Home Delivery Driver, where you'll be the vital link between our store and customers, delivering their shopping with care and professionalism. This role is ideal for those who enjoy staying active, working independently, and engaging with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure correct and safe loading of delivery vans, including proper heavy lifting and manual handling techniques.
• Maintain safe driving practices at all times while on the road.
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks before journeys.
• Deliver food items to customers ensuring they arrive in optimal condition.
• Provide outstanding customer service by connecting directly with customers as the face of Iceland.
• Support in-store operations when needed.
• Manage time effectively and work independently.
• Be adaptable to varying shifts, which may occur between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a full driving license for at least 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Show a positive attitude, friendliness, and a passion for excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Possess strong awareness and commitment to road safety.
