About the Role

Iceland Foods is seeking Home Delivery Drivers to join their team in Northampton, England. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being active, independent, and engaging with customers while delivering grocery orders. As a representative of Iceland, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive their orders safely and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans following safe and proper procedures, including handling heavy lifting and manual tasks
• Adhere strictly to safe driving practices at all times
• Perform regular van maintenance and safety checks
• Ensure grocery items are delivered in excellent condition to customers
• Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries
• Assist in-store operations when required
• Work independently, managing your time efficiently
• Flexibility to work various shifts, with hours ranging between 6am and 11pm

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a valid full driving license for at least three years with no more than six penalty points
• Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering great customer experiences
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines consistently
• Show strong awareness and commitment to road safety standards
