Home Delivery Driver

Role Overview

We are looking for dedicated Home Delivery Drivers who enjoy staying active, value independence, and take pride in exceptional customer service. As a driver, you will be the face of Iceland Foods on the road, delivering groceries safely and efficiently while ensuring excellent engagement with customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe procedures for loading the van, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Maintain safe driving habits at all times on the road.
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks before and after deliveries.
• Deliver groceries ensuring products arrive in excellent condition.
• Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries.
• Assist in the store as needed.
• Diligently manage your schedule and work independently.
• Adaptability to work varied shifts between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a valid full driving license held for a minimum of three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines effectively.
• Exhibit a strong consciousness of road safety principles.
