Role Overview
Are you passionate about driving and enjoy bringing smiles to people's doorsteps? As a home delivery driver, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where each day offers new experiences. You will play a vital role in delighting customers by delivering fresh products promptly and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver groceries and fresh products promptly and efficiently to customers' homes.
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude upon every delivery.
- Operate a variety of equipment safely while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage physical tasks such as lifting and moving totes weighing up to 18 kilograms.
- Take initiative to resolve customer issues and support overall delivery operations.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 1 year of holding a full driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
- Must be aged 18 or over; holders of school leaving age or above are eligible.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and a positive approach to meeting and assisting customers.
- Capable of working actively in a varied and fast-paced setting.
