Overview

Iceland Foods is seeking motivated Home Delivery Drivers to join their team in Monmouth, Wales. This role offers an active and independent work environment where you will be the face of the company, delivering shopping orders and providing exceptional customer service.

Role Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans safely, following proper heavy lifting and manual handling procedures.
• Maintain safe driving habits and adhere strictly to road safety regulations.
• Conduct vehicle checks before each delivery route.
• Ensure food products arrive at customers' homes in ideal condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during all interactions.
• Provide assistance in-store as needed.
• Efficiently manage your schedule and work independently.
• Flexible to work shifts varying between 6am and 11pm.

Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate a positive and friendly attitude with a commitment to excellent customer experiences.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Exhibit strong awareness and practice of road safety protocols.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of £13.71.
