About the Role

Addus HomeCare is currently seeking dedicated Home Care Aides to join their team immediately. This position offers meaningful, entry-level work with flexible hours—both full-time and part-time options—to suit individual schedules. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to clients.
• Perform occasional household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transport clients to appointments and help with daily errands.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or at least one year of experience in home care services.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
• Reliable transportation is necessary to fulfill job duties.
• Candidates should be dependable, energetic, self-driven, and well-organized.

Additional benefits include paid time off earned at a rate of 1 hour for every 23 hours worked, capped at 125 hours. Work on designated holidays such as New Year's Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas is compensated at 1.5 times the employee’s base pay.
