Role Overview

We are seeking an HMI Scrum Manager to serve as a Product Owner for our scrum team, responsible for organizing and prioritizing work related to Human-Machine Interface (HMI) deliverables. This role plays a pivotal part in gathering feature requests, managing backlogs, scheduling releases, coordinating sprints, and ensuring alignment with program timelines and domain dependencies while supporting our broader mission of revolutionizing automotive mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate feature requests into the product roadmap effectively.
• Continuously groom and prioritize the product backlog to meet project goals.
• Craft user stories along with clear acceptance criteria.
• Establish sprint objectives and align testing phases with deliverables.
• Plan releases and upgrades for HMI-related work items.
• Monitor sprint progress and address any production issues promptly.
• Analyze preferences and requests from program Product Owners to ensure consistency.
• Refine agile methodologies based on team outcomes and stakeholder feedback.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, standards, and required skills.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management capacity.
• Strong familiarity with Agile frameworks and practices.
• Hands-on management of product lifecycle stages.
• Technical expertise in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills alongside solid organizational capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of model-based design methodologies.
• Experience with automotive infotainment systems development.
• Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with automotive network management concepts.
• Background in Android programming.
• Knowledge of CAN communication protocols.
• Expertise in HMI architecture.
