The automotive sector is experiencing a seismic shift towards electric vehicles and autonomous safety systems, creating remarkable opportunities for Visteon to lead. We are seeking a Product Owner with Scrum expertise to organize and prioritize tasks, manage sprint cycles, and align releases with overall program timelines to ensure successful delivery of Human Machine Interface (HMI) components.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate feature requests into the product roadmap effectively.
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog to streamline development efforts.
• Create detailed user stories and establish clear acceptance criteria.
• Define sprint goals and ensure clear communication of objectives.
• Manage planning for releases and upgrades related to HMI deliverables.
• Coordinate pre-integration testing aligned with delivery schedules.
• Monitor sprint progress and quickly handle production issues as they arise.
• Evaluate feedback and requests from program Product Owners to refine work.
• Continuously enhance agile practices influenced by results and stakeholder input.
• Keep updated with industry developments, new requirements, and requisite skills.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience functioning as a Product Owner or in a similar product management capacity.
• Strong familiarity with agile methodologies is essential.
• Practical experience managing all phases of the product lifecycle.
• Technical expertise with an understanding of software development processes and web technologies.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
• Effective organizational abilities to coordinate complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Knowledge

• Understanding of model-based design approaches.
• Experience in automotive infotainment system development.
• Knowledge and practical application of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with automotive network management protocols.
• Android programming skills.
• Expertise in CAN communication and automotive protocols.
• Insight into HMI architecture concepts.

Educational Requirements

Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
