Position Overview

As a higher education professional at Edison Global Academy, you will play a pivotal role in both academic and personal development of students by designing, delivering, and assessing courses aligned with the British curriculum. Daily responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, conducting face-to-face sessions, guiding students through their study and research projects, and consistently monitoring their progress. Collaboration with educational teams and families is essential to support each learner's achievement. Additionally, you will participate in pedagogical meetings, school activities, and academic events. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication skills: ability to clearly express ideas verbally and in writing, tailoring communication for diverse audiences, and building trust with students and families.
• Educational expertise: experience in higher or secondary education, proficiency in active teaching methods, skill in designing well-structured courses, and assessing learning outcomes.
• Customer service aptitude: commitment to service, active listening, and professionalism in addressing student and parent needs respectfully.
• Research abilities: competence in conducting or supervising research projects, utilizing academic sources, and encouraging critical thinking among students.
