About the Role
This is a full-time position for a committed HGV Class 2 driver to join Panda, a leading waste management company in Ireland. Based at the Cappagh depot (D11 NP68), you will drive a bin truck and play a vital role in our daily waste collection and delivery operations, contributing directly to environmental sustainability.
Key Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive hourly wage of €17.82.
- Daily attendance bonus of €15 and a €5 KPI bonus per day after six months of service.

Work Schedule & Hours
- Standard Monday to Friday schedule with some occasional Saturdays.
- Working hours typically start between 4 and 5 am, finishing by 3 pm when required.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct daily and weekly vehicle safety and compliance checks.
- Plan and manage collection routes efficiently to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate electronic and written records of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members to guarantee smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of two years professional driving experience.
- Valid Category C driving licence.
- Possession of current Digital Tachograph Card and Driver CPC certification.
- Applicants must be over 25 years old due to insurance requirements.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety practices.
- Good familiarity with Dublin area geography and excellent navigation skills.
