The London EDITION hotel is seeking a dedicated and passionate Head Waiter or Head Waitress to join their award-winning restaurant, Berners Tavern. This prestigious restaurant, under Executive Chef Jason Atherton, accommodates 140 covers and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner at its Fitzrovia location in central London.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a busy service environment efficiently.
• Overseeing a designated restaurant section, including taking orders, offering recommendations, and handling payments.
• Leading and supervising the Chef de Rang and Commis Waiters.
• Possessing extensive knowledge of menu items, beverages, and allergen information.
• Maintaining clear communication with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensuring guests enjoy a flawless and memorable dining experience.
