Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Head Waiter/Waitress to join the Ritz Restaurant team. This role demands a deep passion for high-end service and a commitment to uphold The Ritz London's renowned standards. The successful candidate will possess thorough knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, presentation styles, accompaniments, and their availability. Strong communication skills are essential to handle guest orders, suggest specialties, and effectively upsell. Collaboration with the kitchen staff, management, and the sommelier team is key to maintaining an unmatched food, beverage, and service experience at The Ritz.

Key Responsibilities and Skills
