La Petite Maison is celebrated for its impeccable service, timeless French-Mediterranean cuisine, and a heartfelt devotion to hospitality. A new LPM location is launching by the beach at one of Dubai's most scenic waterfronts, embodying the relaxed charm of the French Riviera — elegant, sunny, with rosé at sunset and the authentic LPM spirit.
Role Overview
The Head Sommelier will lead the wine experience at this beachfront venue. - Oversee cellar operations, inventory control, procurement, and stock to ensure availability of optimal wines.
- Taste and vet all wines prior to service, ensuring their quality and proper storage.
- Promote premium wines and drive wine-related revenue while maintaining a hospitable atmosphere.
