We are a branded residential platform dedicated to enhancing apartment living by integrating thoughtful design, hospitality-level services, and community engagement. Our mission is to bring the branding and customer experience qualities typical of luxury hotels into residential living spaces. We are rapidly expanding our presence across Riyadh and preparing to launch additional properties soon.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Operations to oversee the daily operational activities across our residential property portfolio. This hands-on position requires active on-site involvement, managing and mentoring General Managers, collaborating with Facilities, Revenue, and other internal departments, and developing scalable systems and processes that maintain our high standards.

This is a practical leadership role requiring direct problem-solving at properties, addressing everything from resident experience concerns to procurement and facilities issues, while creating operational playbooks to ensure consistent performance by our General Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach General Managers managing our properties, taking over the operational oversight currently handled at senior leadership levels.
• Collaborate across teams including Facilities and Revenue to ensure seamless operational processes.
• Create, implement, and refine Standard Operating Procedures covering broad operational workflows down to on-site challenges such as procurement and vendor management.
• Drive deployment of new operational strategies and workflows throughout the portfolio.
• Maintain a visible and approachable presence on-site, effectively communicating with all levels from cleaners and contractors to General Managers.
• Support and oversee operational preparedness for new property launches as the portfolio grows.

Required Background & Industry Experience

• Preferably have held a General Manager or similar operational leadership role managing multiple residential properties or compounds, with direct responsibility for daily operations, maintenance, and resident services.
• Strong foundation in property, facility, and asset management including maintenance activities, vendor and contractor relations, procurement, building systems, and resident service standards.
• Experience in tech or PropTech-driven scale-ups is highly valued but not essential.
• Familiarity with real estate, particularly residential or mixed-use portfolios, serves as a beneficial complement to facility management duties.
• Demonstrated consumer-facing operations experience with a deep understanding of resident or customer service.
• Prefer candidates with significant experience in the GCC region.

Essential Experience

• Experience in operations-heavy and customer-facing roles, ideally within residential property, build-to-rent, co-living, or compound-style operations.
• Proven track record managing facilities and asset management tasks hands-on in addition to team leadership.
• Experience scaling operations or property portfolios from a single unit to multiple (10 or more) properties.
• History of establishing operational processes within resource-limited or start-up environments.
• Strong execution skills for both straightforward and complex tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
