Role Overview

The Head of Janitorial is responsible for overseeing the janitorial business operations across India, aligning closely with branch teams to achieve overall budgetary targets and drive growth. This role involves strategic channel and dealer management, intense market analysis, and maintaining smooth coordination across the supply chain to ensure the business meets its performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pan-India support for the janitorial business vertical.
• Work collaboratively with branch teams to meet the annual budget targets.
• Act as a driving force for securing and expanding major customer relationships and assisting branches in reaching their numbers.
• Facilitate market mapping efforts across India in alignment with branches.
• Oversee deployment of annual sales targets to dealers and consistently monitor market share achievement.
• Identify and onboard strategic dealers nationwide, partnering with branch heads to ensure target attainment and consistent performance.
• Analyze dealer stock levels by tracking sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out figures from the channel.
• Resolve channel conflicts effectively to maintain harmony within distribution channels.
• Manage margin of promotion (MOP) and supply critical market intelligence to inform strategy.
• Coordinate stock requisitions from factories and engage in auto replenishment processes to maintain inventory levels.
• Exercise control over non-moving stock (NMS) and devise strategies for its timely sale through channels.
• Take full ownership of vertical and branch performance numbers.
