About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic HR leader to head HR Operations and Talent Acquisition across India and Saudi Arabia. This role demands a strong combination of recruitment skills, HR operational management, labor law compliance, employee relations, and policy oversight. The successful candidate will have over 15 years of progressive HR experience, adept at overseeing cross-border HR functions, expanding teams, and enabling business growth in vibrant settings. Additionally, experience collaborating with legal counsel on policy formulation, contracts, disciplinary issues, compliance, and labor law matters across regions is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing candidates, screening, conducting interviews, managing offers, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to align workforce planning with recruitment needs.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing job portals, referrals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Lead recruitment campaigns across India and Saudi Arabia, encompassing both high-volume and specialized hiring.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and analyze recruitment-related metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality.
  • Oversee comprehensive employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, and coordinate payroll activities.
  • Manage HRIS systems to guarantee data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support internal and external audits by keeping HR records audit-ready and optimize HR processes for scalability and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws and Saudi regulations including Saudization, Iqama, GOSI, visa, and work permits.
  • Coordinate with PROs and third parties regarding employee documentation and expatriate workforce compliance.
  • Work closely with attorneys and legal experts on HR policy drafting, employment contracts, disciplinary proceedings, compliance frameworks, investigations, and labor law documentation.
  • Update and maintain HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and compliance frameworks across the regions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory regulations, and corporate governance standards.
  • Administer salary structures, compensation adjustments, market benchmarking, and benefits programs.
  • Manage expatriate remuneration, allowances, and per diem arrangements.
  • Lead performance management processes including appraisals, goal setting, and employee feedback mechanisms.
  • Support leadership in talent development, succession planning, and initiatives to retain personnel.
  • Act as the main HR liaison for employee queries and provide support on grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote an inclusive and positive work culture across all locations.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership insights and decision-making.
  • Monitor core HR metrics and recommend improvements to processes.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • More than 15 years of progressive experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
  • Extensive experience managing HR functions in both India and Saudi Arabia.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Indian labor laws and Saudi labor regulations.
  • Proven expertise handling cross-border and expatriate workforce management.
  • Experience working with legal teams for HR policy creation, employment contracts, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and recruitment technology tools.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to excel in fast-changing, dynamic business environments.

Additional Information

  • Position offers a job contract with remuneration in the range of INR 3,000,000 to INR 4,000,000 per annum.
  • Immediate joining is expected.
  • Only applicants with at least 15 years’ experience are eligible.
