Role Overview

This position is a unique opportunity for a skilled Head Baker or Pastry Chef to lead operations in a busy artisanal bakery setting. The ideal candidate brings at least two years' experience in a similar role, proficient in hand molding and traditional baking methods with knowledge of French and Italian bread varieties. Flexibility to work on weekends and a dedication to exceptional guest experiences are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily bakery operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality preparation and execution of all baked goods offerings.
• Lead people management activities including recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and performance evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain baking processes, procedures, and workflows in coordination with the executive chef and production manager.
