Job description
Position Overview
We are looking to hire a full-time caretaker (Hausmeister) for large residential complexes managed by us in Munich Schwabing starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning of stairwells and elevators, cellar corridors, laundry and drying rooms, and waste disposal areas
- Maintenance of the outdoor grounds
- Supervision and upkeep of technical facilities including heating, sanitation, underground parking, and laundry equipment
- Snow and ice clearance in winter
