Key Responsibilities

• Perform general janitorial and maintenance tasks
• Maintain green spaces and landscaping
• Ensure proper functioning of technical equipment and systems
• Coordinate and monitor external tradespeople and service providers

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Basic craftsmanship skills; experience as a janitor or caretaker preferred
• Completed vocational training
• Proficient German language skills, both spoken and written
• Strong organizational capabilities
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate
• Effective communication skills
• Physical stamina to handle job demands
• Respectful interaction with guests and colleagues
