Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Hardware & Network Engineer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various hardware and network components to ensure smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure networking devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and Wi-Fi related issues.
- Configure email applications and protocols such as IMAP and POP3, as well as server settings.
- Implement antivirus management consoles like Quickheal, Sophos, and Symantec.
- Install and configure network printers to ensure proper connectivity and functionality.
- Troubleshoot operating systems and software problems, manage Windows updates, and handle installations of Microsoft Office suites such as Office 365 and Office 2021.
Additional Information
Salary range for this position is between 25,000 and 40,000 INR per month.
