Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Hardware Asset Management (HAM) specialist to oversee comprehensive hardware asset governance. This role entails managing the complete lifecycle, ensuring compliance, maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing costs, and providing operational support within an ITSM or Service Management framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end control and governance of hardware assets.
- Manage hardware asset lifecycle processes aligned with ITIL principles.
- Maintain accurate inventory through effective stockroom and asset tracking.
- Coordinate procurement activities relevant to hardware assets.
- Ensure CMDB alignment and assist in audit readiness procedures.
- Generate detailed reporting to support operational decisions and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow HAM and IT Asset Management platforms.
- Experience in asset lifecycle workflows and inventory management.
- Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service operations for hardware assets.
- Minimum education: Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
