Job Overview
This role provides an opportunity to work remotely as a Customer Support Executive, requiring fluency in Gujarati and English languages.
Work Details
- Location: Work from home setup.
- Weekly schedule: 6 working days per week with rotational weekly days off.
- Working hours: 9 hours daily with rotational shifts.
Candidate Eligibility and Experience
- Open to both freshers and candidates with experience.
- Educational qualifications: Undergraduates or graduates are eligible.
- Typing speed requirement: Minimum of 25 words per minute.
Compensation
- CTC: ₹18,000 per month.
- Estimated take-home salary: Approximately ₹14,500 per month.
Technical Requirements
- Personal computer or laptop with an Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent.
- At least 8 GB of RAM.
- USB headset for communication.
- Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps via Wi-Fi.
- Power backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
