Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Duck Creek or Guidewire software solutions tailored for clients operating within the property and casualty (P&C) insurance sector.
- Customize and configure various Duck Creek or Guidewire modules, including Policy, Claims, Billing, Clarity, Reinsurance, Producer portals, PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, Digital, and Data Hub.
- Engage in client requirements gathering to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide technical support throughout development, testing, and deployment stages of projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Duck Creek or Guidewire products and their integrations.
- Collaborate closely with senior consultants, developers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver quality solutions.
- Regularly participate in project meetings to update stakeholders on technical progress and challenges.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
- Assist with training sessions and workshops to enable clients to effectively utilize Duck Creek or Guidewire systems.
