Role Overview

We are seeking Back Office Executives with experience in the telecom sector to join our team. This role requires handling non-voice backend telecom operations and fulfilling customer requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests through backend telecom operational processes.
• Maintain and produce operational reports utilizing Microsoft Excel.
• Work with flexibility in rotational shifts and split weekly offs.

Candidate Requirements

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree mandatory.
• One to five years of experience in a non-voice back office role, preferably in telecom.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

• Face-to-face interviews will be conducted at the specified venue; walk-in timing is 11:00 AM from October 12th to 15th (Monday to Thursday).
