Job Description
The Guest Relations Agent will supervise all guest relations facets to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest satisfaction through personalized recognition and attentive service from arrival to departure.
- Guarantee all guests, especially members and VIPs, receive entitled benefits and exclusive attention.
- Welcome VIP guests in person and coordinate closely with Concierge and Butler teams for hotel events, dining promotions, limousine services, and specific VIP arrangements.
- Prepare guest compendiums before arrival and manage check-in systems as needed.
- Maintain continuous communication with Concierge regarding guest arrivals and departures, as well as update repeat guest records.
- Promote hotel facilities and inter-property sales initiatives.
- Arrange welcome cards and amenities prior to guest arrivals and promptly address special requests.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism, escalate when necessary, and monitor resolution follow-up.
- Review guest arrival lists to verify room assignments, amenities, and requests, ensuring timely requisitions for required amenities.
- Execute additional related duties and special assignments as given.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Russian, both spoken and written.
- Capable of building strong relationships with colleagues and management in a multicultural environment.
- Demonstrates calmness, courtesy, and focus on guest needs under all circumstances.
- Exhibits good judgment in handling challenging guest situations while promoting positive guest relations.
- Holds a degree from a School of Tourism & Hotel Management.
