Job description
Position Overview
This role involves much more than facilitating smooth check-in and check-out experiences for guests. The Guest Relations Agent is responsible for creating memorable and distinctive experiences through a variety of services that accompany guests throughout their stay. This role empowers the professional to proactively handle operational requirements, cater to guest requests, compile reports, and share insights about the local area, making every transaction part of the overall experience.
Key Responsibilities and Work Environment
The position requires maintaining a safe workplace, adhering strictly to company policies and confidentiality standards, safeguarding company assets, and sustaining high-quality service standards. Agents are expected to maintain a professional personal appearance, wear the company uniform correctly, and communicate suitably. Physically, the role involves standing, sitting, or walking for long periods and performing hands-on tasks like moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items of up to 10 pounds without assistance. The ability to manage these tasks effectively contributes critically to both guest satisfaction and the business's continued success.
Qualifications
