About the Role
The Guest Relations Agent plays a vital role in delivering a uniquely memorable experience for hotel guests. Beyond managing check-in and check-out procedures, this role involves actively guiding guests throughout their stay, responding to requests, and sharing local highlights to enhance their experience. Agents are empowered to take initiative within their workspace to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
Participants in this role must ensure a safe workplace, adhere strictly to company policies, protect confidentiality and company assets, and maintain high-quality standards. A professional presentation, including uniform and communication, is essential. The role involves physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 10 pounds without assistance. Overall, the position requires attentiveness and dedication to service excellence to uphold the hotel's customer experience standards.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.). No prior relevant work experience or supervisory background is required, and no licenses or certifications are mandatory.
