Role Overview

We are seeking a Remote Guest Experience Specialist based in the United Arab Emirates who will assist clients in transforming their travel ideas into unique, customized experiences. This role involves consulting with travelers to comprehend their preferences, interests, budgets, and expectations, then researching and arranging destination options, accommodations, activities, transport, and other travel essentials. You will manage bookings and offer dedicated support throughout the entire travel journey, combining customer service, travel planning, sales, and relationship management in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gain insight into their travel goals, preferences, budgets, and special requirements.
• Investigate destinations, lodging, tours, activities, transport options, and related services to design bespoke itineraries.
• Organize and handle bookings for all trip aspects, ensuring accuracy and meeting client expectations.
• Provide personalized customer service before, during, and post-travel, fostering strong client relationships.

Required Qualifications
