Guest Experience Expert

Position Summary

The role goes beyond managing guest check-in and check-out processes; it focuses on creating a unique and memorable experience throughout the guest's stay. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will take proactive measures to provide a variety of services that assist guests during their visit. You have the freedom to move throughout your workspace to perform necessary tasks, including attending to operational needs, responding to guest requests, completing reports, sharing local attractions, and helping guests with vehicle loading/unloading and luggage transportation.

Job Responsibilities

You will be expected to contribute meaningfully in several ways, such as ensuring workplace safety, adhering to company policies and confidentiality, protecting company assets, maintaining quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. The position requires physical stamina—standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods; navigating confined or elevated spaces including stairs and ramps; and physically handling items weighing up to 50 pounds independently, or up to 100 pounds with assistance. Bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching are also part of the job duties. Performing these tasks effectively is crucial to delivering outstanding service to guests and supporting the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
• No licenses or certifications are necessary.
