Guest Experience Expert (AYS Agent)

Overview

The Guest Experience Expert at Autograph Collection is dedicated to providing guests with a memorable and distinctive stay, going beyond basic check-in and check-out services. This role involves actively assisting guests throughout their visit, from handling operational tasks and addressing requests to sharing local highlights. The Expert is empowered to act independently, creating an immersive experience that integrates transactions seamlessly into guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver diverse guest services throughout their entire stay, ensuring satisfaction and ease.
• Manage operational duties such as processing needs and completing necessary reports.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, enhancing their overall experience.
• Share engaging information about the local area to add value to the guest's stay.
• Maintain a professional presence, including uniform, personal conduct, and communication standards.
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety, company policies, confidentiality, and asset protection.
• Physically engage in tasks requiring standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, and movement of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned to support team and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work or supervisory experience necessary.
• No specific licenses or certifications required.

Work Environment and Commitment

This full-time position is based on-site at Diplomatic Street, West Bay Area, Doha, Qatar. The role demands hands-on work and mobility throughout the shift.
