Guest Experience Expert - Arabic Speaker

Position Overview

Join Aloft Hotels as a Guest Experience Expert and play a pivotal role in delivering memorable and unique stays for our guests. Contrary to just handling check-in and check-out processes, this role involves a proactive approach to ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide diverse services to assist and guide guests throughout their stay.
• Address guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Facilitate luggage transportation and assist with guest vehicle loading/unloading.
• Complete necessary operational reports accurately.
• Share information about local attractions and highlights to enhance guest experiences.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 50 pounds independently, 100 pounds with help), and navigating stairs or confined spaces to assist guests and maintain operational flow.

• Maintain a safe working area by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Protect company property and maintain confidentiality.
• Uphold quality and service standards.
• Present a professional appearance in uniform and communications.
• Prepare to be active, including standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• No specific licenses or certifications necessary.
