Guest Experience Expert

Overview

This position at Aloft Hotels in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates centers on crafting memorable guest experiences beyond conventional check-ins and check-outs. The Guest Experience Expert is entrusted with providing a broad array of services throughout a guest's entire stay, including operational support, fulfilling guest requests, reporting, and sharing insights about the local area. Additionally, assisting with luggage transport and vehicle loading/unloading are key tasks.

Key Duties

• Proactively handle operational tasks and guest service requests.
• Assist guests by transporting luggage to and from rooms or bell area as needed.
• Engage with guests to enrich their stay by offering local area highlights.
• Maintain continuous movement and physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds unassisted or 100 pounds with help.
• Adhere to company policies including workplace safety, confidentiality, asset protection, and quality standards.
• Present a professional appearance through proper uniform and conduct.
• Perform additional reasonable tasks as required to support guest and hotel needs.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No previous related work or supervisory experience necessary.
• No licenses or certifications required.
